Not like you have a choice...

• No way to mute the mic by default • Speakerphone is on even if the headset is plugged in • No option to choose VoIP by default • Volume control on lock screen doesnt work, volume buttons on lock screen dont work, so you have to be in the application to change volume Basically you connect and fiddle with controls for a while before you get the setup you want. Every time. But better than nothing I suppose.

Cant activate my account anymore

Used to work fine with my old iPad. When I change my iPad the new version didnt send the activation email. So for now it is useless for me and this is a big issue since I used it for business. An email was sent to AT&T support.

Meeting notes

This app would be better if it pulled my meeting notes from meetings I took on other devices. As of now it only pulls minutes from meetings I took using the app. If they synced to each other it would be better for its business use.

Great application for remote conferencing, training and support your business when you are not there.

Not a useful app at all

I downloaded this to attend a webinar. Clicking the URL for the webinar launches the app but does not go into the conference. And there is no place to enter the conference URL or ID. Waste of time.

Long time desktop user

Having used Connect for several years from my office in the U.S., it has been great to use it on my phone. I have used it in Mexico where I am currently based without any issues.

Functions, but other apps are far better.

Faithful To Desktop Application

Very good implementation of AT&T Connect on the iPhone - has all of the features, including a tiny presentation area, and a tiny whiteboard :)

Straight forward solid UC product

Well done and very user friendly solution for either the attendees or the host; only complaint is not being able to message all attendees and not being able to share an app or doc on the share scree from a pad/tablet etc...

I only wish it wouldnt time out in the background so quickly. Im trying to multitask here!

Solid product, timeout threshold too short

Great product and reliable. Only issue for me is the very short timeout threshold if this is running in the background - quite annoying that it wont let you multitask. It wont drop your call though. But this should be an option for the user.

Great but could use 2 tweaks

I have been using Connect for several years now multiple times a day. Works great overall but at the top of the hours it often a fails when using the call me option 2 or 3 times. Also the app activity counter needs to be longer. It will log you off the client piece (not the audio) if you are over looking up info on another app for more than about 10 seconds. All else is Great!

Enables quick sign on to business meetings. I have had no trouble staying on calls.
