AT&T Connect Mobile App Reviews

Seriously?

The app wont even load onto my iPad over my UVerse Wi-Fi! Good grief, AT&T! Get it together.

Huge dissapointment

On Sep 14th, 2015, not only this app but all ATT webmeeting platforms failed horribly and cause many hours of inefficiency and lost work day hours. Huge dissapointment

WORKS GREAT !

Now that I am using MobleIron instead of Toggle, AT&T Connect works perfectly for me.

Works great, seamless

App integrates seamlessly, super easy to use, great quality voice even over wireless

Clunky

Need to be able to get more consistency with the app. Presentations appear and disappear randomly. Hard to exit without automatic reconnecting.

Way to keep me mobile.

This app works great. Allows me to be mobile.

Please fix this!

Consistently has issues with making connection to mail server over any wi-fi. Frustrating as all get out!

Very good app. Needs some improvement

There are some things that would make this app much better. In order of priority. 1.-the ability to open Connect in your computer and transition from your phone to your computer seamlessly, and keeping the audio going on the phone. 2.- for app and computer application, need a tab next to the name of the participants for the person to identify what team they belong to. Great app overall.

Love the new water like animation..

Nothing life changing, but I enjoy watching the "dancing water" animation when its connecting..

Thanks

Great time saver and works great

No manual login

This app is next to useless. Why att wouldnt allow you to manually log into a conference is beyond me. As far as I am concerned, the app is useless without that ability. I do not want to have to have every meeting organizer send me a calendar link to the conference.

Calendar requirement makes this useless

I cant access my corporate calendar from my tablet so I cant join meetings. Even if I did have that, many people just send the participant access code and not the meeting URL. I need to be able to log into a meeting with phone number and participant code only. Otherwise, this is absolutely useless.

Voice issues

Allow the app to use the microphone from a bluetooth headset - like pretty much every other VOIP app out there. Stop the app from putting other VOIP apps like Lync on hold. - This last problem is relatively new, Lync and ATT connect used to work quite well from a single Ipad, but one of the updates caused this to break. Other apps do not cause Lync to go on hold in the background. Different combinations of settings and microphone/cellular data/wifi combinations dont seem to affect this.

Lacking some very basic functionality

1. Cant use Bluetooth headset. In 2015. Are you kidding??? 2. Cant manually join meeting. Have to give it access to your calendar (and good luck if you dont have the calendar containing the appointment in question synced on your phone...)

Need to be able to Join Older Calls

When someone starts a call with the prior AT&T Connect, you CANNOT join to their call. The "Join" option needs a "+" to allow us to add a passcode and join. Please make this change ASAP

Very Good App

Easy to use and can join calls from anywhere. Just as good as the desktop application.

Best conferencing mobile app out there

Ive been using many web conferencing applications ATT Connect has the best mobile experience...!

WEBEX can allow manual meeting joining NOT ATT!

I have no idea if this is a good app or not because I cant manually join the meeting! I am very frustrated

Great!

No issues good call quality nice features will recommend!

Too everyone

Keep up the good work yr awesome
