AT&T Connect Mobile App Reviews

Would have given 5 stars but had a few issues using phone and online at the same time.

I use Connect everyday and would not be as effective as I am if I didnt have it!

This is ok for a desktop, but for a mobile device it is a disaster. Our company uses this so I registered with my company email. Big mistake. It turns out they email you a confirmation link. If my laptop was connected I would have used it. Still havent gotten it to reconfigure on my phone and the conference is now over. If you use this on a phone be sure you practice before attempting to join a conference.

This app definitely helps to keep you connected. Its a great tool, but still not perfect. I cant give it 5 stars because it could be more user friendly (I still have a hard time connecting to some meetings thru the app & have to still get in through my calendar). Despite this challenge, it is still great for connecting while away from my office.

If you dont allow the app to your calendar, it doesnt let you enter the conference code and connect. Gosh, how could they miss such basic functionality?

The app was flaky to begin with: the VOIP sometimes worked, sometimes did not. Now, I cant even join an ongoing meeting (no changes on credentials, etc.)

This app does not allow the user to enter a meeting with the link/phone number and code; this is the only situation I would use the app.

Most annoyingly, one cannot join a meeting already taking place. Simply will not do it. So if you try to join a meeting one second late, you are out of luck. And clocks vary everywhere... Thats useless to those of us jumping from meeting to meeting and possibly being late or receiving an ad-hoc meeting invite. Initial setup proved awkward, but once I joined my own meeting I created, the app finally accepted my credentials and retained. Could be very handy, hope AT&T continues to refine the application and bring better functionality into it.

I like the interface on the app even better than the computer! So easy to use. Great work!

Awful. Cant access a conference without sharing entire calendar with ATT. Deleted it.

App worked great with iOS 6 & 7. Now that I have upgraded my 5th generation iPad with iOS 8, the app tries to connect but never does. The error reads unable to connect to conference. As I continue to by pass the error, the app eventually crashes. It will allow me to lad my credentials.

I set up the app. Forgot my password. Selected the link Forgot My Password. Was told to d/l the app again. Infinite loop of frustration. Useless app

This app is wonderful but would be best to have a chromecast support built in

I was considering a phone upgrade. Contacted AT&T by phone an got auto- generated text msg on my phone to go to the App Store just to even get info about upgrade possibilities. So, in order to possibly pay AT & T more money, I have to download an App??? Really? I did so, and they app continually locked up my iPad, did not supply pertinent information about my current plan in the "my plan details" section, and would not grant me entry to review the app without downloading it a second time. The app also repeatedly directed me to turn off private browsing in order to use the app. AT&T has just lost me as a customer.

I have an IPAD 2, this app was excellent with IOS 7.xx. Now that I have IOS8, app does not work. Will load identifiers, then flash 1 screen, and gets into the infinite turning, whether on WIFI or cell connection. Downloaded app again as diagnostics, same result. Really need this app to work.

Needs to be updated to run with iOS 8, will not get past the audio choice when selecting VOIP or to call a device.

I have not been able to connect into my meetings with the audio since I upgraded to iOS8...the APP locks up. Any solutions out there? I really need to use this mobile app to connect into conferences.

Not having access to calendars prevents me from joining a conference.

Incredibly, the last few releases fail to work over wifi, using ATTs own Uverse, rendering the app unusable.
